24 and to offer a sacrifice according to what was said in the Law of the [a]Lord, “(A)A pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.”

25 And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was (B)righteous and devout, (C)waiting for the [b](D)comfort of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 26 And (E)it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not (F)see death before he had seen the [c]Lord’s [d]Christ.
